Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be a NOT final ( The shadow Collection is final, NOT REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED, Please refer to our size chart if you are unsure about fit) and needs to be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vorasupportla@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we DO NOT offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving the refund :)
- We have a two-week return policy (Just for the items that are NOT finals). This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.
